Yes! We offer several ways to save:

Weekly rentals (7 days): 10–15% off

Monthly rentals (30+ days): 25–30% off

Introductory launch promotions: such as a free day or 10% off for new customers

Loyalty & referral discounts: returning clients and referrals receive exclusive deals

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum rental: 24 hours

Maximum rental: 30 days (longer rentals may be arranged with special pricing or a new agreement)

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

All rentals include:

Base rate + state sales tax

3% auto rental tax (for rentals under 29 days)

Any applicable local fees or surcharges (e.g. airport, young driver, or additional driver fees)

Coupons and discounts apply to the base rate before taxes and fees.
All charges will be clearly itemized on your rental invoice.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Local rentals include 100–150 miles per day, depending on the vehicle.
Extra miles are charged at $0.25–$0.40 per mile.
Some rentals or long-term contracts may include unlimited mileage.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Weekend or holiday hours may vary based on demand.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?

Within city limits: Free or a flat fee of $25–$50

Airport or remote locations: $75–$150 (depending on distance)

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are typically between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Requests outside these hours may incur an after-hours fee ($25–$50).

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Yes. Custom deliveries must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advance notice and approval. After-hours service fees may apply.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

A valid driver’s license, insurance, and credit card are required.

The vehicle must be returned clean and with the same fuel level.

Late returns may incur additional fees.

No smoking or unauthorized pets are allowed.

Renters are responsible for tolls, parking tickets, and any damages.

Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?

Yes. Available add-ons include:

GPS device: $10/day

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Additional miles are charged at $0.35 per mile unless the rental includes an unlimited mileage package.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

This fee may be waived for spouses or household members listed on the same insurance policy.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A $200–$250 cleaning fee will apply if any signs of smoking (including vaping or odor masking) are detected.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all tolls used during their trip.
If an EZ Pass device is provided:

$5/day convenience fee + actual toll costs

Or a per-toll administrative fee ($1–$5 per toll) if billed afterward

We deliver every car spotless and expect it to be returned in reasonable condition.
Cleaning fees apply only for excessive dirt, trash, stains, pet hair, or odors:

Moderate cleaning: $50

Heavy cleaning: $100

Severe cleaning/detailing: $150+

No extra fee for normal use. Please return the car as clean as you received it to avoid additional charges.

🚭 No Smoking: $200+ cleaning fee applies for any smoke smell or residue.
🐾 Pets: Allowed only with prior approval — please return vehicle free of hair or odor to avoid cleaning charges.
